Travel has always been such an important part of my life. Every second of PTO was taken up by a big trip or a quick weekend getaway. Now that we have a toddler, travel is a lot slower, but have made our experiences better than we could have imagined.

Oh hi there! I’m Katie!

I was born and raised in Maine. I created this page to share my love of travel and exploring the beauty of my home state. From beaches, to lighthouses, lobster rolls and craft beer, I love showing families how magical Maine is. But my love for travel doesn’t stop there. We visit new destinations around the world any chance we can get. Also, over the last few years we have made it a goal to visit all 63 of the United States National Parks.

In 2024 we grew our family and our son was born. Since then our love for travel has not stopped. We have learned that traveling with kids is not easy and it’s a little slower, but it is so worth it! In this space I share everything from packing tips for babies to kid friendly itineraries. I want to encourage you to get out and make memories with your family, whether it’s a trip to Maine or a big family vacation!
